Business Owner & ECE
Marella was inspired by her own three children's growth, which started when her first son was born, and mom and son shared their first special home on Bellevue. Since then she has grown in her passion to nurture children in curiosity, creativity and compassion.
In 2019, Marella earned her Early Years Education diploma and has been running a licensed childcare center “Sweet Cherry Blossom Daycare”since 2018.
Marella's journey led her to the Montessori Method, which was sparked by the positive impact it had on her son in a private Montessori school. In 2023, she became a certified Montessori Teacher and proudly opened Blossoms@Bellevue Academy, a Montessori program that that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play.
Her dedication and expertise ensure a nurturing and educational environment for your child's early development.

ECEA
Born in China and raised in Vancouver, Chelsea has plenty of experience working with children, from tutoring to leading summer camps and after-school programs. Before starting her Early Childhood Education program at the University of British Columbia (UBC), she graduated from the same school with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Sciences and a minor in Psychology. For the past two years, she worked as a substitute ECEA teacher at various centres while completing her studies. She is currently enrolled in the Montessori program, hoping that it will further support her learning and growth as an educator. Drawing inspiration from her upbringing and personal experiences, she is passionate about incorporating educational programs and activities that reflect children’s interests and cultural backgrounds, creating an inclusive learning environment. As an educator, she hopes to foster independence among children through guidance and positive reinforcement, helping them reach their full potential.
