Download the registration form using the button below. Take your time to fill it out accurately, providing us with the necessary information about your child.

# 2 : Submit the Registration Form
Once you've completed the registration form, submit it to us through email. Attach the filled-out form and send it to marella.blossomsatbellevue@gmail.com. Our team will promptly review the information and confirm your child's registration.

# 3 : Payment of Registration Fee
To finalize the registration process, a non-refundable registration fee of $275 is required. Please make the payment via e-transfer to marella.blossomsatbellevue@gmail.com. Ensure that the payment is made promptly to secure your child's place in our program.
